Welcome home to NDP!

This year’s Gateway Weekend takes place Friday, October 24 and concludes in true blue NDP spirit with a liturgy on Sunday, October, 26.

While Gateway Weekend historically celebrates those milestone reunion classes, we invite all NDP alumnae “home” in October. This homecoming and reunion weekend is your gateway to reconnecting and reminiscing. Below are the details you need on planned events and contact information for your class representatives. Mark your calendar, save the dates, and we’ll see you in October!

Check out the festivities that are currently planned, and consider getting involved with your class events or volunteering for any event that weekend.

Special celebrations will be held for those reunion classes ending in 3s and 8s.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2008

Alumnae “Homecoming Happy Hours”: An evening reception at NDP for alumnae, spouses, friends, and faculty/staff.

Jubilee Luncheon for alumnae classes 1928 through 1958.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2008

Annual Blazer Dash 5K Run/Walk: Lace up your running or walking shoes and hit the pavement with other alumnae, current students, parents, faculty/staff and friends of NDP for this annual 5K race and the surrounding neighborhood.

• Class Party Reps

NDP Guided Tour: For alumnae only. Revisit old memories while seeing what is new around the building. Class of 1958 Tea immediately follows the tour.

Class Reunion Parties: During the afternoon and evening, classes gather at various sites—on and off campus—to celebrate their individual reunions! Gateway Liturgy and Reception: Reconnect spiritually to your alma mater when you join other alumnae and their families for this liturgy that culminates the weekend. Following Mass, stay for a reception to close out your weekend.
