ESPRIT
The Esprit magazine is written and published by the Creative Writing I class each year. An exciting elective, the class allows girls to learn many genres of writing and to express themselves through their work. The publication has earned numerous honors from organizations such as the American Scholastic Press Association.

FINIS YEARBOOK
The Finis staff consists of Yearbook I and II students who work diligently throughout the school year to produce a memorable yearbook. Yearbook and Journalism I students attend workshops at Columbia University in March to receive topnotch advice and to sharpen their skills.

Published nine times a year, the school's Gateway reports on the happenings of the Notre Dame Prep community. Each issue contains news and feature articles, as well as in-depth analysis on a special "In Focus" topic. For the past 50 years, the Gateway and its staff have garnered writing and publishing honors from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, The Quill and Scroll Society, the Maryland Scholastic Press Association and The Catholic Review. Numerous former Gateway writers have gone on to work on college newspaper and careers in journalism, including reporting for The Washington Post, The Baltimore Sun, Baltimore Magazine as well as for television and radio.
