Ways To Give
ANNUAL FUND gifts are raised from alumnae, parents, grandparents, former parents, friends, foundations and corporations. Funds raised help to meet NDP's operating expenses. These important annual contributions help to fund academic programs, financial aid, and building and grounds maintenance. The Annual Fund helps to make up the difference between tuition and the increasing costs of running a school.
Leadership Gift/Club Circles were established to honor donors who support NDP's Annual Fund at a substantial level.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN gifts are raised for some special purpose, such as new buildings or endowment funds. Capital campaign gifts are above and beyond regular Annual Fund donations.
EMPLOYEE GIVING CAMPAIGNS, such as State and City giving campaigns, can help NDP. If you want to give through payroll deduction through your employer, just write in "Notre Dame Preparatory School" and the address (815 Hampton Lane, Towson Maryland 21286). For follow-up purposes, please let the Development Office know that you have pledged through one of these campaigns.
- Endowed funds can support specific programs in the school. One example is the Josanna Abromaitis Social Service Fund which honors NDP alumna, teacher, and community activist.
ENDOWMENT gifts are placed in a permanent fund that allows only earned income to be spent. The principle is invested. NDP has endowment funds for scholarships and financial aid, faculty enrichment and building and grounds maintenance. The larger the endowment, the more income NDP will have to support the operating budget.
GIFTS IN KIND are non-monetary contributions such as furnishing, art, computers, musical instruments, books, etc.
MATCHING gifts occur when participating companies match the amount of dollars given by their employees or retirees. The company matches a gift only after the donor has made their gift and completed the company's matching gift form.
PLANNED GIVING is a method of supporting Notre Dame's future through estate planning. Become a member of the Legacy Circle by including NDP in your will, establishing a gift annuity, or purchasing a life insurance policy with NDP as beneficiary.
