NDP Honors

Each year for the past several years, Notre Dame Preparatory School has been honored locally, regionally, and nationally by organizations celebrating educational excellence, civic engagement, athletic success, and more! The 2021-2022 school year is no exception. At this mid-point in the school year, here are the recognitions NDP has earned: 

• Baltimore Sun Top Workplace—Each year since the inception of the program, which started 11 years ago
• Baltimore Style Magazine's Readers' Choice Awards—Best Girls Private High School
• Baltimore Style Magazine's Readers' Choice Awards—Best Girls Private Middle School
• Baltimore Style Magazine's Readers' Choice Awards—Best High School Teacher: Mr. Tom Peri
• Baltimore Style Magazine's Readers' Choice Awards—Best Middle School Teacher: Mrs. Christian Leitch
• College Board—AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award for expanding young women’s access to both AP Computer Science A and AP Computer Science Principles; one of only 59 schools nationwide and four in Maryland to be recognized.
• Daily Record—Reader’s Ranking Among Top Three Catholic Schools and only girls school
• Niche.com—Best Catholic Girls School in the Baltimore Area (NDP among Baltimore’s top two Catholic high schools—the other was a boys’ school)
• National Catholic Swimming & Diving Champion—NDP Swim Team
• National Catholic Swimming & Diving Championship “Coach of the Year”—Terri Byrd
