Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to helping each student reach her full potential. We invite you to explore our application process below for both our Middle Level and Upper Level, and please reach out with any questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming you to our Blazer family!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying for an off-grade at Notre Dame Prep—Grades 7 and 8 in the Middle Level or Grade 10 in the Upper Level—space may be limited in those classes.

  • Step 1: Submit the Inquiry Form

To learn more or begin the admissions process for our Upper Level, please complete our Upper Level Inquiry Form, and a member of our Admissions Office will be in touch with you shortly.
  • Step 2: Access Your Online Admissions Portal

After submitting the Upper Level Inquiry Form, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to create your online admissions profile and access the admissions portal. This is where you will be able to track your progress throughout the admissions process.
  • Step 3: Schedule Your Daughter's Blazer Day

After creating your online admissions profile, you will gain access to the admissions calendar. Here you will be able to choose a date for your daughter to visit NDP for her Blazer Day. Learn more about Blazer Days on our Visit Our Campus page.
  • Step 4: Apply

Notre Dame Prep requires all Future Blazers to submit their application through the online admissions portal within 48 hours of their scheduled Blazer Day. If the application is not received within that time period, we will call you to reschedule your daughter’s visit. The application fee is $50.
  • Step 5: Testing

All students applying to Catholic high schools are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). Registration for the HSPT opens on September 9, 2025. For more information about the test and how to register your 8th grade student, please visit the Archdiocese of Baltimore's HSPT web page.

Additionally, we will be offering the test on our campus on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. If you would like to register your student to take the HSPT at NDP, you may do so by visiting the Archdiocese of Baltimore's HSPT Registration Portal and selecting Notre Dame Prep from the list of testing sites once registration opens on September 9, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: All 8th grade students currently attending an Archdiocese of Baltimore Catholic school will take the test at their school on November 19, 2025.
  • Step 6: Register with FACTS

NDP contracts with FACTS, a third-party tuition, aid, and grant processing platform. In order to be considered for need-based financial aid, parents must submit documents to FACTS from November 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026.

NDP encourages everyone to apply through FACTS, whether you believe you will qualify for financial aid or not. Should your daughter choose to enroll at NDP, your FACTS account is converted to a tuition and incidental fee payment processor. More information regarding financial aid will be given during the parent sessions on your daughter’s Blazer Day and throughout the course of the admissions process.
  • Step 7: Decisions

Decisions will be mailed no earlier than noon on February 18, 2026. Emails will be sent and the admissions portal updated no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on February 19, 2025. If your daughter is in the wait pool or not accepted to NDP, she will not receive notification in the mail.
  • Step 8: Enrollment

The deadline for enrollment is Friday, March 6, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Failure to enroll by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of financial aid and awards. Some unclaimed financial aid will be reallocated to enrolled students in need of support.

PLEASE NOTE: We understand some magnet schools do not offer admission for several days or weeks after our enrollment deadline of March 6. Unfortunately, we are unable to save space in the class without a contract and a non-refundable deposit. If you choose to wait and not enroll by the March 6 deadline, and your family eventually decides NDP is the place for your daughter, she will be admitted if the class is not full.
