Meet the Alumnae Board

Our Alumnae Board plays a vital role in fostering lifelong relationships among graduates, supporting school initiatives, and upholding Notre Dame Prep's mission pillars of Academic Excellence, Spirituality, and Social Justice. Get to know the passionate individuals who are committed to keeping the True Blue spirit alive and ensuring that each alumna remains an integral part of our NDP family.

Alumnae Board Nominations & Selection Process

The Alumnae Board serves as an important leadership and advisory group dedicated to strengthening connections among alumnae and supporting the mission of NDP. In accordance with the Board bylaws, the Alumnae Board consists of a minimum of 25 members and a maximum of 30 members. All Board members shall serve no more than three consecutive two-year terms, for a total of six years.

Nominations for the Alumnae Board are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year; however, nominations must be received by April 30 to be considered during the Board’s annual elections meeting held each May.

Alumnae are welcomed and encouraged to self-nominate by submitting a Statement of Interest outlining why they would like to serve on the Board. Current Alumnae Board members are also encouraged to nominate fellow alumnae whom they believe would be valuable additions to the Board. Finally, each spring, the Alumnae Relations Office issues a community-wide call for nominations, typically shared through the Alumnae Newsletter and other alumnae communications.

All nominations received by April 30 are reviewed and voted upon during the May elections meeting. Once approved by the Alumnae Board, the Slate shall be disseminated electronically to all members of the Association by the Alumnae Office in June. Alumnae who are not selected during a given cycle will remain in the pool of applicants for consideration the following year.

A Message from the Alumnae Board President

Dear Sisters in Blue and White,

As we begin a new school year, I am honored to introduce myself as Notre Dame Preparatory School's Alumnae Board President for the 2026–2027 school year. My name is Lindsey Shannon Windsor ’08, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve the school that has meant so much to me.

After graduating from NDP in 2008, I attended The Pennsylvania State University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I then continued my education at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, earning a master's degree and becoming a speech-language pathologist. After several wonderful years living in Philadelphia, my growing family and I returned home to Baltimore, where our roots—and our hearts—remain.

As an alumna, I have experienced firsthand the strength of the NDP sisterhood and the lasting impact of our alumnae community. Now having a young daughter, I hope that one day she will have the experiences that I was given during my time at NDP.

My role is to serve as your liaison to the school, helping you maintain your connection to NDP by adding to the school’s efforts to keep you apprised of important events and information about our beloved NDP and about the amazing things happening on Hampton Lane.

Returning to campus in this role has reminded me just how special NDP has always been. Walking the halls again brings back memories of lifelong friendships, inspiring teachers, and experiences that helped shape who I am today. I hope you'll find time this year to come back for a visit, attend an event, reconnect with classmates, or discover a new way to become involved.

We share a special sisterhood with each other and with those students who one day will join our ranks as NDP alumnae. What a gift it is to support them in their NDP journey and to make their time on Hampton Lane as special as ours was. Together, we can build upon our shared traditions while embracing new opportunities for growth.

Thank you for entrusting me with the responsibility of leading the Alumnae Board. I am excited about the journey ahead and look forward to serving you and our alma mater with passion and dedication.

President - Lindsey Shannon Windsor '08

Following her graduation from NDP in 2008, Lindsey attended The Pennsylvania State University for her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She continued her education to obtain a master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to become a Speech and Language Pathologist. After living in Philadelphia for a few years, her growing family decided to return home to their roots in Baltimore.
Vice President - Sam Constantine Sullivan '08

Sam Constantine Sullivan attended NDP for both middle school and high school and graduated in 2008. She watched her sister, a member of the Class of 1999, enjoy her time at NDP and knew she wanted to follow in her footsteps. Since graduating, Sam received her undergraduate degree in Elementary/Special Education and her master's degree in Special Education.  Currently, she is a teacher at The Odyssey School.  She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family.  She loves being involved in the NDP community, connecting with fellow alumnae and current students, and giving back to the school that helped shape her into who she is today.
Secretary - Jenny Schaefer '70

Jenny Schaefer is a 1970 graduate of NDP and was a member of the Gateway and Finis staff, played hockey, and served as both Gym Meet co-captain and vice president of the Class of 1970. She has been an insurance broker for more than 40 years and is currently a program director at Maury, Donnelly and Parr. She has two children and five grandchildren. Jenny enjoys trying out recipes on her unsuspecting friends, gardening, and art projects with her grandchildren.
Treasurer - Celie Neville '70

During her years at NDP, Celie Neville ’70 was an enthusiastic cheerleader, synchronized swimmer, and Gym Meet co-captain.

She went on to graduate from Catholic University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and began her career working in daycare. A few years later, she pivoted to accounting, earning her CPA in 1984 and serving as Assistant Controller at Loyola Federal.

Embracing her belief that change is the essence of life, Celie later transitioned into career consulting, helping individuals navigate job transitions after downsizing. She eventually returned to the banking industry, where she worked until her retirement in 2017.

Now happily retired, Celie travels extensively—and enjoys every minute of it.

Alumnae Giving Committee

This committee plays a vital role in NDP’s fundraising efforts, including helping with phonathon outreach, serving as ambassadors during our Blazer Raiser or other alumnae giving challenges, helping with outreach to other alumnae as it relates to annual giving or other fundraising initiatives, including but not limited to, alumnae scholarships, and planning/soliciting sponsorships/donations, etc.
Recruitment and Nominations Committee

This committee exists to do outreach to let NDP alumnae know about the Alumnae Board, its mission, and how the Board and its members support NDP; assist with nominations and recruitment of new members, and help to maintain an active, committed, and diverse Alumnae Board. This committee will also address governance issues, including but not limited to, the updating of Bylaws when necessary.
Networking and Events Committee

This committee focuses on the many events the Alumnae Board hosts/helps with throughout the year, including Blazer Dash, Alumnae Bingo, and Career Networking events. The goal of this committee will be to attract Alumnae in increasing numbers at events and promote engagement with Alumnae not recently connected with the school.
