Information about Setting Up Your Optional SchoolBitez Account through Café NDP
Café NDP has transitioned to a new online service platform for the 2025–2026 school year called SchoolBitez. The MySchoolAccount platform is no longer operational and will no longer be used to manage dining accounts.
Please carefully review the information below, which details how both new and returning families can set up and fund their OPTIONAL SchoolBitez account. Students may still use cash for any purchases at Café NDP.

- If you are a new family or have not yet set up an account with Café NDP: Please fill out the Café NDP Meal Program Deposit Form and either mail the completed form to the address on the form or have your daughter hand it in to Café NDP while at school. After your daughter receives her PIN number from Café NDP, then you may create a SchoolBitez account following the directions below.
- If you are a returning family who already has an account with Café NDP: Please follow the directions below to create your new SchoolBitez account. If you had an account with Café NDP, your existing balance will automatically carry over to this new platform. Your daughter's PIN number will also carry over.
Setting Up Your SchoolBitez Account
- Visit NDP’s SchoolBitez Portal.
- Select “Create a New Account.” Set your username to whatever you’d like, then add your personal email address, phone number (optional), password, and select “Sign Up.”
- Once you are logged in to your dashboard, select the “+ Add Child” link.
- Here, you will be asked for your daughter’s NDP Student ID, which can be found under the General Information section of her Contact Card in PrepNet.
- Once you enter her Student ID, select “Find Child Account” and you will see her information populate. To complete the process, select the “Add Child” button beneath her information.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have multiple children at NDP, you will need to follow this same process for adding each one to your account.
Viewing & Adding Funds
- At the top of your dashboard, select “Account” and then “Account Balance” on the left-hand side to preview your remaining funds that have been carried over.
- If you would like to add funds via credit card or checking account, select the “Payment Profiles” tab to add your payment information. Once your payment information is added, return to the “Account Balance” section to add your funds.
Accessing the SchoolBitez Mobile App
SchoolBitez offers a mobile app on Android and iOS devices. In order to access your account through the mobile app, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to your mobile device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and search for "SchoolBitez" to download the app.
- Open the SchoolBitez app on your device.
- You'll be prompted to enter your child's school's registration code. The registration code for NDP is cbc-ndp.
- Once you submit the school code, you will be directed to the Login screen. Continue with your login credentials.
Additional Information about SchoolBitez
- Please ignore any pre-order prompt that you may receive. There is no available pre-order at Café NDP.
- As a reminder, setting up a SchoolBitez account is OPTIONAL. If you do not want to use this online system for depositing funds into your daughter’s Café NDP account, Café NDP will accept check or cash from your daughter to be added to her account, as always.
