Academic Excellence Celebrated at Fall Honor Society Convocation
Academic excellence took center stage at Notre Dame Preparatory School on Thursday, November 20, as the community gathered for the annual Fall Honor Society Convocation. In a celebration of scholarship and dedication, an impressive 130 juniors and seniors were formally inducted into eight distinguished honor societies.
The ceremony recognized students who have demonstrated outstanding performance and a deep commitment to their respective fields of study. Inductees were welcomed into a wide range of academic honor societies, including Sigma Tau Delta (English), Rho Kappa (Social Studies), Mu Alpha Theta (Mathematics), the Computer Science Honor Society, and the National Science Honor Society.
Global citizenship and linguistic proficiency were also highlighted during the evening, with students joining the ranks of the National Chinese Honors Society, Société Honoraire de Français, and Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica. The convocation served as a testament to the diverse talents of the student body and offered a moment for faculty and families to congratulate the inductees on their significant academic achievements.
