Middle Level Robotics Team Showcases Engineering and Strategy at VEX Competition
After months of intensive design, building, and programming, the Notre Dame Prep Middle Level Robotics Team put their hard work to the test at the VEX Robotics Competition, hosted by Lindale Middle School on January 17.
The team competed in this year's designated challenge, "Mix and Match," requiring strategic planning and precise robotic execution. Throughout the rigorous preparation period, the students collaborated to engineer a robot capable of navigating the complex field and scoring points under competitive pressure. The Blazers approached the tournament with impressive energy and determination, demonstrating strong teamwork and problem-solving skills on the fly.
Congratulations to the engineers, drivers, and strategists who represented NDP so well: Juliette B. ’31, Reese B. ’31, Evelyn C. ’30, Charlotte D. ’31, Eliana K. ’32, Emily M. ’31, Ishani P. ’30, Julia S. ’31, and Elaina S. ’30. The program looks forward to building on this experience as they prepare for future engineering challenges.
