Seven NDP Students Earn National Merit Honors
Notre Dame Prep is proud to announce that four members of the Class of 2027 have been recognized for their exceptional academic success in the 2027 National Merit® Scholarship Program.
An additional five students were named Commended Scholars, whose outstanding PSAT performance placed them among the top 50,000 students nationwide. Although they will not continue on for National Merit Scholarship awards, Commended Scholars receive this prestigious recognition for scoring in the top 3% of over 1.5 million students who took the PSAT/NMSQT. Congratulations are extended to: Jillian N., Aaliyah P., Emma S., Flory T., and Morgan V.

Two students achieved the status of National Merit Semifinalist by ranking among the highest-scoring students in the nation and represent less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors: Aislinn M. and Evelyn P. These academically talented seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for about 6,700 National Merit Scholarships worth approximately $24 million that will be offered next spring.
