Middle Level Focuses on Day of Wellness, Community, and Service

On Wednesday, October 15, Notre Dame Prep’s Middle Level students enjoyed a full day on campus dedicated to wellness, community, and service. The day provided students with a meaningful break from their regular schedules to focus on caring for themselves and others.

A central highlight of the day was a hands-on service project benefiting My Sister's Place. Students gathered to assemble complete bagged lunches, adding a personal and artistic touch by hand-decorating each bag with positive messages and artwork.

The day was bookended with activities focused on personal well-being. The morning began with a wellness exercise led by Mrs. Burros and Mrs. Decapite, and the day concluded with quiet time in the library, where students could relax and enjoy a book of their choice. Thanks to our Middle Level faculty and staff for organizing a day filled with enrichment, engagement, and service.
