Sign up to Receive Text Alerts from NDP
Notre Dame Preparatory School uses a third-party text messaging system through BrightArrow Technologies to promptly notify families of weather-related updates and other important announcements. To ensure you are signed up to receive these messages, please follow the steps below:
- Text the word YES to 79041
PLEASE NOTE: BrightArrow has discontinued the use of the number 87569, which was previously used for opt-ins. All new families must now use 79041. If you are a returning family and have already opted in, there is no need to take further action—you will continue to receive messages. - Make sure your mobile number is listed on your PrepNet profile. The phone number you use to text “YES” must be on file in PrepNet in order for you to receive alerts. To verify or update your contact information:
- Log in to PrepNet.
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- Select the Profile tab.
- Under the Phone section of your Contact Card, confirm that your current mobile number is listed.
- If your number is missing or incorrect, please email the Communications Office so that we may update this information on your account.
PLEASE NOTE: This text messaging system operates on an opt-in basis, which requires consent before text alerts can be sent. It is essential that you follow the steps above to confirm your opt-in status and verify that your mobile number is accurate in our database. Following the steps above ensures both your consent and the accuracy of your contact information.
