Kim Bryson '98 Appointed as New Assistant Director of Athletics

Notre Dame Preparatory School is proud to announce the appointment of Kim Bryson, a distinguished alumna from the Class of 1998, a valued member of the faculty, and mother to Molly '25 and Bryn '31, as its new Assistant Director of Athletics. Bryson steps into this role after years of dedicated service as an educator and coach within the NDP community.

Bryson brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of NDP's mission to her new position. She joined the physical education department in 2017 and has been a respected teacher and mentor to countless students. Beyond the classroom, she has been an integral part of NDP's athletics program over the years, serving as a dedicated coach for JV soccer and basketball as well as varsity lacrosse. Her leadership on the field has been marked by a commitment to developing not only skilled athletes but also young women of character and integrity.

At the conclusion of Notre Dame Prep's 2024–2025 school year, Bryson was honored with the Mildred Mostko Hunt Teacher’s Award, which was established at NDP by the Hunt family in 1984 to commemorate their daughter, Millie. This award is presented annually to a faculty or staff member who possess a commitment, “above and beyond the call of duty,” to education, to children, and to the NDP philosophy.

In her new role, Bryson will assist in overseeing all aspects of NDP's robust athletics program, which includes over 30 teams across 15 sports. She will work closely with coaches, student-athletes, and parents to ensure the continued success and growth of Blazers Athletics. Please join the entire Notre Dame Preparatory School community in congratulating Mrs. Bryson on her new appointment.
