NDP Celebrates Foundress and Honors Sister Kathy’s 50 Years of Vocation

On Friday, May 9, the Notre Dame Prep community gathered for a special prayer service in honor of the Feast Day of Blessed Theresa of Jesus Gerhardinger, foundress of the School Sisters of Notre Dame. In addition to reflecting on the legacy of Blessed Mother Theresa and the mission of the SSNDs, the community had the joy and privilege of celebrating a very special milestone—Sister Kathy Jager's 50th Jubilee as a vowed SSND. Her five decades of faith-filled service and leadership were met with heartfelt applause and deep gratitude from students, faculty, and staff alike.

The celebration was a meaningful reminder of the strength, grace, and enduring dedication of the sisters who help shape the spirit and mission of NDP. Thank you, Sister Kathy, for your inspiring witness and unwavering commitment to our community!
