  • NDP Open House

    NDP's Open House was held on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
  • Application Fee Structure

    NDP offers tiered early-bird application deadline dates. Apply between any of the timeframes below, and see what your application fee will be: 
    • August 1-September 30: fee waived 
    • October 1-October 31: $35 
    • November 1 – November 30: $50 
    • December 1- December 15: $75 
    We recognize there are often extenuating circumstances. In the event of a relocation, please reach out to the admissions office admissions@notredameprep.com.
  • School Transcripts

    As part of the application process, parents/guardians will complete and sign a transcript release form (TRF). The TRF should not be submitted to the student’s school prior to October 20, 2023. NDP needs a completed first quarter 8th-grade report card, in addition to final report cards from 6th and 7th graders and any standardized test scores. Download the Transcript Release Form. This applies only to public school and independent school applicants. NOTE: Parochial applicants have their transcripts automatically sent to NDP.
  • Testing

    Ninth Grade (9th) applicants are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) as part of NDP’s admissions process. 
    Notre Dame Preparatory School is an official testing site. We will administer the HSPT on Saturday, December 2, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Snow date December 9, 2023). Online registration opens on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 (link to follow).
     
  • Decision Period

    • Application deadline is Friday, December 15, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. 
    • Acceptance letters mailed Wednesday, February 14, 2024, after 12:00 p.m.
    • Acceptance emails sent Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
    • Registration Deadline is Friday, March 1, 2024.

    Sixth Grade (6th) applicants are required to take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) as part of the NDP Middle Level admissions process.

    The ISEE is the admissions entrance exam for any student applying to an independent middle school.
    • Students may test at any area independent school that offers the ISEE. NDP requests that the test be taken no longer than January 20, 2024. ISEE testing dates are available on the ISEE website.
    • NDP is a host site on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (8:40 check-in)
    NDP is also a closed testing site, meaning that any student wanting to test at NDP needs to register via the ISEE website https://iseeonline.erblearn.org  by Friday, November 17th.

    The event code to enter for the registration is: EUXCLTUV     
    Walk-ins are not permitted.

  • After Enrolling

    • May Get Acquainted Party: Join your new classmates for a fun and informative event now that you are a Blazer (hosted by the Middle Level administration and faculty) 
    • Placement testing will occur for all incoming Middle Level Students. Date TBD but will be communicated well in advance; usually happens in May. 
     It is the goal of the NDP admissions team to provide a personal, comprehensive admissions process for each interested student and family. Email Admissions@notredameprep.com with questions.

If applying for an off-grade at Notre Dame Prep—7th or 8th in the middle school or 10th  in the high school—space may be limited in those classes.
