Notre Dame Prep’s 2025 Cross Country team has no intentions of being a one-hit wonder

After claiming its first A Conference title since 2008 last fall, the Blazers are hoping to hoist the program’s fifth banner since 2005 after the championship meet in late October.

To that end, NDP showed well in the first taste of top competition in a relay meet against Bryn Mawr, Roland Park Country School and Maryvale on Thursday afternoon in Towson.

That the Blazers won going away might not be shocking news, considering that six of their top seven runners return to the fold this fall — and a pair of talented freshmen (Elisa Cangemi, Lillian Augustino) are augmenting what is already an imposing group for coach Jim Lancaster.
