August Schools Portal Opens Early for Submitting Student Health Records

August Schools is Notre Dame Prep’s electronic medical record platform, where families annually upload required medical forms. While this portal typically opens after July 1, it has officially been activated early for the upcoming school year.

 

New and returning families should have received an automated invitation email directly from August Schools on Thursday, June 4. If you did not receive or accidentally deleted this email, you can access the August Schools Portal directly here or via our Student Health Information and Forms page. All required forms, as well as step-by-step instructions, are available on that page to help guide you through the digital upload process.
