Permission Forms for the 2026–2027 School Year Now Available in PrepNet

There are four required permission forms now available in PrepNet for parents and guardians to sign electronically by August 31, 2026. You may access these forms under the Files & Forms section of PrepNet. We have also linked each individual form directly below.

  3. Student & Family Handbook Acknowledgement Form
  4. Media Release Form

PLEASE NOTE: These forms require an electronic signature in PrepNet from only ONE parent/guardian per student. If one parent/guardian has already completed the form, it will appear in the "Show completed forms" section of the Files & Forms tab for BOTH parents/guardians.
